Warranty

Our products feature covers with Dead On Arrival (DOA) Warranty (in case a damaged or non-working product is received). DOA claims must be made within 2 days after delivery; after this period, we are not responsible for coverage.

Customers are requested to make a 360-degree non-stop video of unboxing the package. This is required to claim for mismatched or missing products.

Note: In the absence of the aforementioned unboxing video, claims shall not be entertained.

  • Applicability: These warranty terms apply to POD Kits, Box Mod Kits, etc.

  • Manufacturer Warranty: As a reseller/importer, Lord of Vapes is not responsible for any product’s warranty after the product has been used. The customer is responsible for contacting and claiming the warranty directly with the manufacturer.

  • Replacement Policy: Due to the nature of product regulations, replacement depends on whether the manufacturer agrees. Lord of Vapes is only responsible for replacements in cases of defective or damaged delivery.

Order Cancellation


  • Before Dispatch: Cancellations and full refunds can be requested at any time before the courier dispatches the item.

  • After Dispatch: Once picked up by the courier, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded until the customer sends the order back to our warehouse in a sealed courier bag.

  • Non-eligible Items: Glass Tubes, unsealed papasmoke bottles, and unsealed coil/pod packs are not eligible for returns.

  • Fees: Shipping and insurance charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund in both cases. 



Returns & Refunds

Returns

  • Claims for refund or exchange must be made within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in unused, new condition with original factory packaging.

  • If an item is received at our warehouse with tampered or unsealed packaging, it will be re-shipped to the customer.

  • Factory Defects & Packaging Mistakes are the only valid reasons for returns.

 



papasmoke Policy

The taste of papasmoke is subjective and varies from person to person. We do not accept returns or replacements for papasmoke in any case once the bottle is unsealed. Because we cannot ascertain if liquids have been tampered with, we do not accept returns on any papasmoke products (sealed or unsealed) unless the incorrect item was sent.

Refund Process

DOA/Factory Defects: Once we inspect the returned item, you will receive an email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Defective Returns: The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse and bearing all return courier charges. The original shipping and payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges


Only defective or damaged items are exchanged for the same item. To initiate this, send an exchange request to info@lordofvapes.com. If the product is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be provided. 



Exclusions

The following are NOT covered by warranty:

  • Tanks: Issues like spit-back or leakage (though we are happy to provide technical assistance).


  • Accessories: Coils, batteries, chargers, spare pods/cartridges, and replacement glass.


  • Disposable Kits: Specifically those that worked initially but developed a burnt taste or stopped working later.


  • Consumables: Coils and papasmoke do not fall under DOA terms.


  • Misuse: Any scratches, drop signs, or battery misuse voids the warranty immediately. Lord of Vapes is not responsible for abuse, force majeure, or items opened by third parties. 


Shipping Terms


Delivery Charges: Standard shipping is Rs 97/-.

  • Estimated Time: Delivery usually takes 2 business days to Mumbai/Delhi/Pune/Goa and 3–7 working days elsewhere.

  • Battery Shipments: As per AAI and IATA regulations, batteries and liquids cannot be shipped via air. These will be sent via Ground Mode, which may take longer.

  • Dispatch: Orders placed before 3:30 PM are dispatched the same day (except Sundays and Holidays).

  • Tracking: Tracking details will be sent to your registered email. If your order does not reach you after 8 days, please email info@lordofvapes.com with your order number.


Damaged or Wrong Items

The following are NOT covered by warranty:

  • Damaged/DOA: Inform us at info@lordofvapes.com within 2 days and return the item within 7 days.

  • Customer Error: If you ordered the wrong product, we can exchange it only if it is unopened. The customer bears all shipping costs.

  • Our Error: If the product does not match the description (wrong color/model), we accept returns for sealed products and reimburse return shipping up to Rs 100/-.


Common Sense & Indemnification

Vape gear is not like a fridge or a TV; its lifespan depends on your knowledge of the device. Vaping is a hobby—we expect customers to research and watch tutorials before use. By using this site, the user agrees to indemnify Lord of Vapes against all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the use of the site or products.
