1. Privacy Policy
We collect essential information (Email, Phone, IP Address, and Cookies) to improve our service and fulfill contracts. LordofVapes and Papa Smoke use this data for internal operations, troubleshooting, and marketing with your consent. We use strict security measures to protect your data, though internet transmission is at your own risk. This site is intended for adults aged 21+ only.
2. Warranty Terms
Our products feature a Dead On Arrival (DOA) Warranty.
DOA Claims: Must be made within 2 days of delivery. After 2 days, Lord of Vapes is not responsible for coverage.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: Customers must record a 360-degree, non-stop unboxing video. Claims for missing or mismatched products will not be entertained without this video.
Scope: Warranty applies to POD Kits, Box Mod Kits, etc.
Manufacturer Responsibility: As a re-seller/importer, LordofVapes is not responsible for product warranty after use. Customers must contact the manufacturer (e.g., Elfbar, Freemax) directly for post-use claims.
Our Liability: Lord of Vapes is only responsible for replacement in cases of defective/damaged delivery.
3. Order Cancellation & Returns
Cancellation: Full refunds are available anytime before courier dispatch.
Post-Dispatch: Once picked up by the courier, orders cannot be cancelled unless returned to our warehouse in a sealed courier bag. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items: Glass tubes, unsealed liquid bottles, and unsealed coil/pod packs.
Condition for Return: Items must be unused, in original factory packaging. Items received with tampered packaging will be re-shipped to the customer.
E-Liquids: Taste is subjective. We do not accept returns/replacements for Papa Smoke or other e-liquids once the seal is broken.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
DOA/Factory Defects: Upon inspection and approval, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit. If rejected, the item is shipped back to you.
Non-Defective Returns: Customer bears all return shipping and payment gateway charges.
Exchanges: Only defective/damaged items are exchanged for the same model. If unavailable, store credit will be provided.
5. Warranty Exclusions
The following are NOT covered:
Tanks: Issues like spit-back or leakage.
Accessories: Coils, Batteries, Chargers, Spare Pods, and Replacement Glass.
Disposable Kits: Specifically those that stop working or taste burnt after initial successful use.
Specific Brands: LordofVapes provides no independent warranty for brands like Kangertech, Aspire, Innokin, Vaporesso, or Smoktech. These are covered by the manufacturer's warranty card included in the box.
Physical Damage: Scratches, drops, battery misuse, or "learning" how to operate a device. Vaping is a hobby; please research tutorials before use.
6. Shipping Terms
Charges: Standard Shipping is Rs 97/-.
Delivery Time: * Mumbai/Delhi/Pune/Goa: ~2 business days (Non-battery items).
South India: 3–4 business days.
Other Areas: 4–7 business days via Ground Service (Required for batteries).
Battery Shipments: Must travel via Ground Mode per AAI/IATA regulations. This takes longer than air service.
Dispatch: Orders placed before 3:30 PM dispatch the same day (except Sundays/Holidays).
Tracking: Details will be sent via email. For delays, contact the courier (FedEx/Delhivery) directly as they are third-party operators.
RTO (Return to Origin): If a package is returned due to customer unavailability or bad weather, a refund will be initiated minus shipping costs upon receipt at our warehouse.
7. Indemnification
The user agrees to defend and hold Lord of Vapes harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the use of this site or our products.

If you choose to visit www.lordofvapes.com, your visit and any dispute over privacy are subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages and arbitration.
