Shipping & Delivery Terms – Lord of Vapes

Estimated Delivery Time


  • Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners based on the serviceability of the delivery location and the products ordered.



Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch: 

  • Mumbai / Delhi / NCR / Pune / Goa: 2–3 business days (without battery products)

  • South India: 4–6 business days

  • Other locations in India: 6–7 business days

In some cases delivery may take longer due to flight delays, security checks, natural disasters, offloading issues, or courier operational delays.

Orders containing batteries or vaporizer kits (with or without battery) are shipped through ground service, which may take slightly longer than air shipping.

Lord of Vapes is not responsible for delays caused by rainfall, road blockages, traffic conditions, natural disasters, or courier-related operational issues.

All packages containing batteries are shipped through ground transportation, as airline regulations restrict battery shipments for security reasons.

 

Delivery Charges


The standard delivery charge is ₹130 for shipping across India.

Note: As per the guidelines of the Airport Authority of India (AAI), batteries, e-liquids, and electronic cigarette related products cannot be shipped through air courier (express mode). Such products are shipped through surface/ground service only.



Order Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 working hours if placed before 8:30 PM (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details along with the courier name will be shared via email.

Customers are requested to track shipments directly with the courier company after receiving the tracking information.

Note:

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is dispatched.

If multiple orders are placed on the same day, they may be combined and shipped together under a single tracking number


After Shipping

Once tracking details are shared, customers should follow up with the respective courier company for delivery updates.

Lord of Vapes is not responsible for courier delays as delivery operations are handled by third-party logistics providers.

with your order number in the subject line.

Damaged or Defective Products


 If you receive a damaged, defective, or Dead on Arrival (DOA) product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lordofvapes.com

  • Return the product within 7 days in unused condition with original packaging.



After inspection, we will provide:

  • Replacement of the same product, or

  • Refund / alternative product if the item is out of stock.

Requests received after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.


Wrong Product Ordered by Customer

 If a customer accidentally orders the wrong product:

  • The item can be exchanged only if it is unopened and unused

  • The customer must ship the product back at their own expense

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Products with tampered packaging will not be accepted.

Consumable products such as coils and e-liquids cannot be returned once opened.

Note:

Taste preferences for e-liquids vary from person to person, therefore returns or replacements are not accepted once the bottle is opened.

Wrong Product Received


If you receive a different product, model, or colour than what you ordered, we will gladly accept the return.

  • Product must be sealed and unused

  • Return shipping reimbursement up to ₹100 will be provided

Reverse pickup may take 2–4 days depending on courier availability.

Consumable items such as coils and e-liquids cannot be returned if opened or partially used.



Lost or Misplaced Shipment

  • If a shipment is lost or misplaced during transit, and the courier company confirms the issue:

    • A replacement order will be shipped, or

    • A full refund will be processed

  • This will be done only after confirmation from the courier company.


Service Area Restrictions

  • Orders containing batteries cannot be shipped to Andaman & Nicobar Islands due to shipping regulations.
  • Orders placed for these locations will be cancelled and refunded.

Additional Charges

  • Customers are responsible for State Entry Tax or Octroi charges (if applicable) as per local regulations.
